Official Title

A Long-term Safety Study of the Pan-Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) Inhibitor, PCI-24781, in Subjects with Cancer

Purpose

The purpose of this study is to determine the long-term safety of a fixed-dose, daily regimen of PCI-24781 orally in subjects with cancer. Only patients who have completed participation in another Pharmacyclics PCI-24781 protocol and who meet certain criteria may enroll into this protocol, in order to continue treatment with PCI-24781.
